We are delighted to inform you that following the Welsh Government’s announcement last Friday, 19th June, we are now preparing to re-open from Monday 13th July.
We are just working through the finer details of what we can offer our guests, in order to comply with any restrictions and physical distancing measures, but you can be assured of sparking clean and sanitised cottages, and an abundance of fresh air, space, and our usual warm and friendly Team.
Please do contact us with any questions as we work through these challenging times and we hope to see you all soon!
Since the coronavirus outbreak and the lack of cover provided by both ours and some of our guests’ insurance policies, we have searched high and low for a product that would protect our guests’ money…..and we’ve found one!
Now, for all NEW bookings taking place after August 1st 2020, guests can benefit from full refunds in the event they have to cancel their booking.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t help current/previous guests with bookings made or vouchers issued prior to August 1st, but hopefully it shows that we do care about our guests and we want you to be able to book, knowing that if you need to cancel, or are prevented from travelling, you can have a full refund.
Contact us for more details and we would be delighted to tell you more:
Clydey is currently closed to guests until 30 May 2020. On that date, the Welsh Government will review the current situation and advise us if we are able to re-open and from which date.
As soon as we now when we can re-open, we will let everyone know and welcome you with open arms.
Our main priority will be the safety of our guests and staff and we will put any social/physical distancing measures in place that will ensure their safety, whilst not detracting from the enjoyment of a holiday at Clydey.
Our cleaning and hygiene regimes will be higher than ever, again to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
