Children's Activities
Happy children means happy parents and at Clydey, we have both. There is so much to keep children occupied, enthralled and happy, that they collapse into bed each night exhausted but delighted, sleeping soundly until the next fun-filled day begins.
Animal Feeding
Each morning starts with our interactive animal feeding and egg collecting routine. This can last up to one hour, depending on the number of children and the pace the children wish to go at.
Our junior guests (accompanied by big guests too!) can help the Clydey Farmer feed all of our animals. Our animals eat from forks and bowls held by our young guests. Their table manners are exemplary!
Outdoor Play
Once animal feeding is over, or if the sight of the adventure playground proves too much of a draw, children can then be found squealing with delight as they enjoy the freedom of the outdoor play areas. Large spacious grounds allow for safe exploration and imaginative play, enjoying the sandpit, the ride-on toys, climbing frame, HUGE slide, and geodesic climbing dome.
Indoor Play
Whatever the weather and on the odd (!) occasion it rains in Wales, our indoor playroom really comes into it’s own. Our huge playroom has something for everyone – dress up, soft play, cars and garages, tool bench, baby corner, jigsaws, pushchairs, Wendy house, kitchen and even a Wii games console. Parents can keep a relaxed eye on playing children whilst they sink into the comfy sofas with a magazine and complimentary freshly ground coffee or tea. As one parent put it ‘This is mummy heaven – children happily playing and I’ve got my feet up with a coffee and a magazine!”
