Since the coronavirus outbreak and the lack of cover provided by both ours and some of our guests’ insurance policies, we have searched high and low for a product that would protect our guests’ money…..and we’ve found one!

Now, for all NEW bookings taking place after August 1st 2020, guests can benefit from full refunds in the event they have to cancel their booking.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t help current/previous guests with bookings made or vouchers issued prior to August 1st, but hopefully it shows that we do care about our guests and we want you to be able to book, knowing that if you need to cancel, or are prevented from travelling, you can have a full refund.
