For the active and adventurous, there’s the Leisure Building with indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, games room, play room and outdoor hot-tub.

The Gym is perfect for those wanting to continue with their regular fitness programme or even for those wishing to gently kick start into action. With probably one of the best views from any Gym in Pembrokeshire, you can choose from a running machine, cross trainer, bike or multi-gym and free weights.

There’s even a flat screen LCD TV with freeview channels to pass the time away whilst running down the miles.

The Games Room is great for keeping all ages occupied with Table Tennis, Table Football, Air Hockey and Pool – why not challenge the rest of the family or even your neighbours and fellow guests to a ‘just for fun’ tournament?

For younger guests, you’ll find toddler toys, books and DVD’s to borrow and our newest addition – the indoor soft play room, allows the under 7′s to burn off some energy whatever the weather, whilst Mum and Dad sit on the comfy sofas and read the papers, a magazine or to simply relax and enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee.

The outdoor children’s play area will occupy even the most active of children with rope swings, sandpit and climbing frame and the spacious lawns are perfect for the ride-on toys, football, cricket, badminton or carefree play in the fresh Pembrokeshire air.

At Clydey, a walk, whoop or holler through the woods will bring you to a small river which is just too inviting not to splash about in wellies, try your hand at stone skimming or to build a dam or make-shift bridge to the other side.
