A large, spacious cottage offering excellent accommodation for up to 8 people and ideal for two families to share.
From the front door, you enter into the hallway, off which is the downstairs cloakroom and WC and bathroom and WC. This hallway leads to the large dining/breakfast kitchen which has a range cooker with 7 ring gas hob and electric ovens, full size fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The large wood beamed sitting room is reached off the kitchen and up six wooden steps. The sitting room has a log burning stove, flat screen LCD TV with freeview channels, DVD player and patio doors which lead out onto the pergola covered terrace and private garden.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with superking, canopied bed, wash-hand basin and LCD TV to watch DVDs in bed (no external aerial for TV channels); another double bedroom with wash-hand basin; a twin bedroom and a bunkbed room*.
There is also a shower room with WC upstairs.
Please note that the bunk beds are 2ft 6 wide - loved by children and sturdy enough for 'young at heart' adults, if a little cosy!
