A large, spacious cottage offering excellent accommodation for up to 8 people and ideal for two families to share.

From the front door, you enter into the hallway, off which is the downstairs cloakroom with WC and bathroom with WC. This hallway leads to the large dining/breakfast kitchen which has a new range cooker with ceramic hob and electric ovens, full size fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The downstairs is split level with the large wooden beamed sitting room off the kitchen and up six wooden steps – (Stairgates can be fitted to prevent little ones wandering). The sitting room has a log burning stove, flat screen LCD TV with freeview channels, DVD player, Wii games consol and patio doors which lead out onto the pergola covered terrace and private garden.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with superking bed, wash-hand basin and LCD TV to watch DVDs in bed (no external aerial for TV channels); another double bedroom with wash-hand basin; a twin (or superking) bedroom and a bunkbed room*.

There is also a shower room with WC upstairs.

Please note that the bunk beds are 2ft 6 wide – loved by children and sturdy enough for ‘young at heart’ adults, if a little cosy!
