Cottages at Clydey – The Farmhouse

Sleeping 8 comfortably, this is a large, spacious and very comfortable, four bedroomed stone built farmhouse.

The Farmhouse features a large dining/kitchen, fully equipped, including a full size double electric oven and ceramic hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Through the kitchen is a small Utility Room with boot/coat storage and back door leading out onto the private back garden with washing line.

Off the Utility Room is the very small downstairs bedroom, which can have either a kingsize double bed or twin single beds. Just across from the bedroom is a shower-room and toilet.

Through the spacious sitting room, which has a large flat screen LCD TV with full SKY+ Package, contemporary sofas and woodburning stove is the conservatory/playroom/music room which opens out onto the private back garden and terrace with private BBQ and garden dining furniture to seat 8. The Conservatory has a flat screen TV and Wii Games Console, iPod Docking Station and midi HiFi.

Outside, The Farmhouse has its own private drive, private parking and private garden.

Upstairs are the remaining 3 bedrooms: – the Master Bedroom with superking bed, flat screen LCD TV with Freeview channels and ensuite bathroom with power shower over the bath and underfloor heating.

The second bedroom is a large Family Room with a superking bed (can convert into twin beds) and a pair of full size bunk beds with a trundle bed underneath (sleeping 5 in total in this room if required) and flat screen LCD TV with Freeview satellite channels.

The third bedroom upstairs is a small bedroom which can have either a kingsize double bed or twin single beds.

Across from the third bedroom is the family bathroom, newly refurbished in December 2012 with a luxurious double-ended slipper bath and underfloor heating.

The Farmhouse will accommodate two separate families, sleeping 4 adults comfortably and up to 4-6 children + cots.
