Sleeping up to 10, this is a large, spacious and very comfortable, four bedroomed stone built farmhouse.
The Farmhouse features a large dining/kitchen and is fully equipped, including a full size electric oven and ceramic hob, full size fridge freezer and microwave oven. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and through the back of the kitchen in the Utility Room is a tumble dryer, boot/coat storage and back door leading out onto the private back garden with washing line.
Off the Utility Room is the small downstairs bedroom, which can have either a kingsize double bed or twin single beds.
Through the spacious sitting room, which has a large flat screen LCD TV with full SKY+ Package, contemporary leather sofas and woodburning stove is the conservatory/playroom/music room which opens out onto the private back garden and terrace with private BBQ. The Conservatory has a flat screen TV and Wii Games Console, iPod Docking Station and midi HiFi.
Outside, The Farmhouse has its own private drive, private parking and private garden.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with superking bed, flat screen LCD TV with Freeview channels and ensuite bathroom with power shower over the bath.
The second bedroom is a large Family Room with a superking bed (can convert into twin beds) and a pair of full size bunk beds with a trundle bed underneath (sleeping 5 in total in this room) and flat screen LCD TV with Freeview satellite channels.
The Farmhouse will easily accommodate two separate families, sleeping 4-6 adults comfortably and up to 4-6 children + cots.
