Adolygiad hyfryd, diolch i Gwyn a Nesta
Hwn oedd ein hail ymweliad a Chlydau. Bu’r tro cyntaf yn brofiad mor bleserus – yr awyrgylch a’r adnoddau mor syrfdanol – roedd yn ormod i ddisgwyl i’r ail dro fod cystal. Nid felly o gwbl! Gallwn ddweud yn ddiffuant i’r ail ymweliad ragori hyd yn oed ar y cyntaf. Un o’r rhesymau amlwg am hyn yw fod Clydau yn datblygu yn barhaus. Roedd decor ein bwthyn -Bramble – mor ffres, heb ddim ol traul arno, roedd yr ystafell chwarae, gyda’i hamrywiaeth eang o degannau a gweithgareddau, yn nefoedd ar y ddaear i’n wyr dwyflwydd oed.
Roedd yno naws gymdogol ar y safle ymysg y teuluoedd oedd wedi dod o bob cwr o Brydain, a theimlid hyn ar ei orau bob bore yn ystod y gweithgaredd bwydo’r anifeiliaid. Roedd gallu Ffermwr Malcolm I gofio enwau pob un o’r deuddeg plentyn yn dangos cynhesrwydd a brwdfrydedd tuhwnt.
Hawdd deall pam fod cymaint o’r rhai oedd yn aros yno yn dod yn ol bob blwyddyn, ac hynny o bellter. Mantais ein teulu ni yw ei fod yn ddigon agos i ni bicio yno am dridiau a mwynhau harddwch a thawelwch cilcyn arbennig o Gymru.

Monmouthshire Country Life – July/August 2014

Review from Helen Wade
We are delighted to have received this glowing review from television journalist and freelance writer, Helen Wade.
Coverage in The Times, June 2014
The Republic of Ireland’s top casinos
All casino gambling in the Republic of Ireland is governed by the 1956 Gaming and Lotteries Act, and if we are to strictly follow this law, casino gaming is actually still illegal there. Given that it is recognised as outdated, people have simply gotten around it by establishing private clubs with legal gambling – and this has led to Dublin in particular becoming a casino centre. If you want to stay relatively central during your visit to this city, then the casino for you may be the Club Oasis Casino, which is right in the heart of Dublin – very close to the famed Trinity College Ireland.
It is also a really good one to choose if you want a strong selection of games, because the Club Oasis remains the largest casino in the Republic – and also the most exclusive one. Found on Westmoreland Street it is certainly a good place to start your casino adventure in the Republic of Ireland, but you shouldn’t finish it there, because the Penthouse Casino and Card Club is not somewhere you want to miss. Despite the name, this casino in Dublin’s Airside Retail Park does not offer some kind of casino/soft-core hybrid, it is strictly gaming. The facilities are luxurious and there are 13 table games – including a couple of high stakes ones for high roller players (found in the Salon Prive VIP section). Membership to the main gaming area is free however, and there are games to suit more modest budgets.
If you’d consider yourself on a modest budget, then playing for free at somewhere such as GamingClub.com/au/casino-games could be a good idea.
Neither of these casinos are actually the oldest to be found in Dublin however, as that honour goes to the Colossus Casino Club. Again you can find this close to the centre of town, at 5 Montague Street, and it is open all day every day. The actual gambling choice is very wide here, with the standard games found at almost any decent casinos supplemented by more unusual offerings like Brit Brag. This means it is an ideal Republic of Ireland casino to pick if your gaming tastes are a little more varied.

West Wales ideal for new Prince of Wales
THE dribble-smattered fun starts here for William and Kate.
In the coming days, the Duchess of Cambridge may well step out in a flattering dress — probably a £70 number from Zara — but from now on she will be accessorising her look with little Prince George… and a small patch of vomit.
Life for the royal couple has changed for ever. And I know how they feel. My wife and I have a three-month-old daughter and I freak out as strangers stop me in the supermarket with a profound: “Ooooh, isn’t she little!”
See… exactly the same public obsession as the royals experienced facing the massed banks of snappers outside the Lindo Wing.
So Wills and Kate might want to escape the madness on a baby-friendly break — and they should head to Clydey Cottages in West Wales. After all, it must be nice for Wills to be able to go somewhere and say: “My dad’s the prince of this country.”
Clydey Cottages really has got the lot. It is 15, four and five-star homes on two sites in the fields of North Pembrokeshire — ten at Clydey, five at Fron Fawr.
Kate and Wills are obviously used to the finer things in life and the decor and finish of the cottages will suit them down to the ground.
We stayed in Heather Cottage at Clydey — which fits two adults and two children — and it is all wooden beams and wood-burning stoves. But the lounge has a lovely big telly and wifi is available all over the site.
Each cottage has a fabulous contemporary kitchen and gigantic, comfortable beds. Kate and Wills do not have to just take my word for it — entertainment royalty Vernon Kay and Tess Daly have visited with daughters Phoebe and Amber. ’Nuff said!
Clydey is perfect for children and little touches such as being able to prebook kiddie extras — baby monitors, bottle sterilisers, stair gates — makes things so much easier for parents without flunkies.
Outside the cottage, there is so much to enjoy.
Little Prince George might be too young to fully appreciate the daily animal feeding routine with Farmer Malcolm but I bet Wills and Kate would love to muck in.
Our little one, Madeleine, did not really know what was going on but other toddlers went mad collecting eggs and giving scraps to pygmy goats Zig and Zag and donkeys Noah and Nellie.
The highlight of the animal offerings, though, is Iggle, the gigantic kunekune pig. He will undoubtedly be the ugliest thing Kate and Wills have ever seen but he has beautiful ginger eyelashes that would make Prince Harry jealous.
And animals are just the start of Clydey’s top-notch facilities. There is an indoor swimming pool, playroom, sandpit, climbing frame and swings — plenty to keep children entertained.
For grown-ups, there is a sauna, games room and outdoor hot tub. An evening in the hot tub slurping on something chilled as you take in the views of the Welsh countryside is well worth booking a babysitter for and they can easily be sorted through Clydey’s wonderful owners Jacqui and Dewi Davies.
There is also a spa room offering a range of treatments. Wills, I can recommend the 90-minute aromatherapy full body massage — you must be shattered. Oh… and Kate might like it too.
The spa also offers baby massage tuition and the lovely Rhian came to our cottage and taught us techniques to ease colic, clear congestion and help Madeleine relax.
Away from Clydey, there are plenty of bracing walks to help the royal newbie drift off to sleep and a number of beaches to give them that first seaside experience.Impressive Poppit Sands, with a large beach and rock pools, is ten miles south but we preferred to go north for the incredible views and cliff-top walks at Tresaith.
The cottages are self-catered but you can buy things such as bread, milk and eggs — fresh from the Clydey chickens — on-site.
The Nag’s Head in nearby Abercych does lovely grub. For something posher, the Harbour Master Hotel in Aberaeron — about a 45-minute drive away — fits the bill. You will need a babysitter but the food and quayside location are stunning.
The £30, three-course evening menu is hardly a king’s ransom, especially if you go for the beautiful local lobster.
We will go back when Madeleine is a little bit older so she can take full advantage of the wonderful activities on offer.
But, by George, there is no denying this is a family-friendly holiday fit for a future king.
How To Move Into Zero Energy Homes
Moving to a new home is a process that can prove to take a lot of time and effort, especially if you are not used to transitioning all of your belongings on long distances. Professional moving companies are always at hand, and we are going to discuss this matter later on. For now, here are some general tips and advice on how to get inside your new ZED Wood, ZED Casablanca, ZED Collective, or ZED Rainseed house, to name just a few of the zero energy homes can we currently provide you with.
Pick Your Next Home Carefully
If you decided you would like to do more for the environment and at the same time do some important changes in your life, getting an eco-friendly house is one way to go. You will not be solely feeling a lot better about yourself for doing something proactive for the saving of the environment and the natural resources of the planet, but you will be also producing less pollution under your roof (and above) and get to live the exciting adventure of relocating someplace new and probably starting a new life from scratch.
We invite you to take your time and brows through our selection of zero energy home featuring 100% water recycling options and which are 30 percent less dependent on grid power.
How To Pack Your Stuff For Moving
Our ZED Earth home is one of our most ambitious projects, as it is placed on a land measuring 20 acres and it’s a place that can provide you with an amazingly smart degree of luxury so if this is what you are looking for, make sure you give it a look. Meteor, Ashlar, or Kinship are just a few of the clusters available, and they are all harmonically built to match the ZED Earth surroundings. For such a home you probably want to get a lot of items in, personal belonging, decorative items, clothes and books and everything in between. Visit the house you are about to buy and make a list of all the things that would best fit in it. It is pointless t bring something you know you won’t find any use for, such as certain kitchen appliances you will not be using and so on. Once you are done with your smart list, go home and start packing one room at a time, while following your previous list.
If the 1.5 acres ZED Collective approach is more on your taste, we invite you to pick one of the dozens homes we have to offer – 72 in total, in addition to four single-room options. Imagine admiring the superb architecture while breathing the refreshing air conditioning inside one of these homes, and get in touch with some movers today. Oasis Moving and Storage makes for a good option if you are planning on moving long distance, so get in touch with them and ask for a price quote for your next planned move and get the peace of mind you need.

During a tour of some of Pembrokeshire’s premiere accommodation providers Edwina Hart AM – Minister for Business, Enterprise, Technology and Science visited the award winning Clydey Cottages Pembrokeshire in Boncath near Cardigan.
In recent years, Clydey Cottages have won ‘Best Self-Catering Accommodation in Pembrokeshire’ two years running and were awarded ‘Best Place to Stay in Wales’ in their category of large self-catering, in the National tourism Awards for Wales.
The Minister congratulated Dewi and Jacqui Davies on achieving these awards.

Comedian Simon Day’s testimonial
As soon as you get out of the car and look around, you are met with a feeling of peace and security at Clydey. The cottages are set in beautiful landscape , with stunning views across pembrokeshire [I tripped over once looking at the hills].
The cottages themselves are equipped with everything you need kitchen wise along with comfortable bedding, satellite tv and wi fi but still retain their original character.
Our kids were very content here, not surprising considering there is a an indoor swimming pool , games room and soft play area. There are also a number of animals including goats and lambs and chickens to feed which they loved.
Dewi and Jacqui are great hosts , always available for questions and new kettles , but never getting in the way.
The surrounding countryside is incredible: forests; rivers; sandy beaches and villages here and there consisting of a chapel and three houses. This is real Wales and all the better for it.
At night when the kids have finally gone to sleep you can sit in one of the jacuzzis and look at the stars, perfect, I cannot recommend this place enough.
Simon and his family stayed in Honeysuckle Cottage in April 2012.

“We loved every minute of our fabulous stay at Clydey Cottages – but our kids loved it even more! It’s THE perfect family set-up with the indoor pool, soft play centre and animals to feed – right on your doorstep. The cottages are divine – soo cosy and comfortable, like a home from home and hosts, lovely Jacqui and Dewi’s eye for detail when it comes to your comfort is second to none – we wanted for nothing. Why Franchise Your Business?
Franchises are extra outlets that result after selling franchise rights to investors who are completely independent and who agree to keep on using your name and operating systems. deciding to opt for the franchising concept for your business requires a little planning ahead this is an important decision that needs to come at the end of quite an exhausting Q&A session. you will first need to determine whether your business is currently franchise-material. Have you come up with a service or a product that is completely unique and worth all the attention of potential investors? Do you know what sort of costs does franchising imply? For instance, there will be fees regarding assistance with site selection and royalty fees which might need to be paid periodically at the beginning of the franchise. So do you think you are ready to get started?
What To Expect?
Think if you need to open more outlets to increase sales – these will be your new company stores, but you will be the owner and manager for them. While you will get to finance the startup, you will also collect the profits created by the company stores, while also handling all the potential losses. You will hence preserve the original value of your business and maintain your initial operations, just like you might choose to keep your classic online casino gambling habits over the years. However, new company locations require quite a great deal of time and resources and this might not exactly help you get ahead of competition. If you are still a small business or you have just showed your face on the market, the issue of finding sufficient capital to expand on your own will not work wonders for you. This is why a franchise can help you use a third party’s money to expand, while gaining more motivation to succeed due to the deeper implications of your actions.

My moving home
Let’s say that you have to move home and you don’t know where to start from because it’s your first time to move somewhere else. What should you think about first? How to manage your moving? All you need in this moment is to avoid stress: actually, a moving can be a large stress source.
Follow our simple and easy tips to manage your moving in a safe way. First off, you need to analyze your situation and to understand how long time you will need to move all of your things. Give yourself time!
Then, you need to get organized: so make a list of all the necessary things you have to take with you and throw away what you don’t need any more. When you start to package your things, organize the packages in this way: label each paper package and fill it in with things from the same category (for example: label “books” and inside put books and block notes and all is book – related). Remember that when you stuff your packages you have to put the heaviest items at the very bottom and then add the lighter and most fragile things. If you want to save money, buy recycled paper packages and don’t hesitate to ask for help. You can either call a moving company or ask some friend for help.
Take into account that a moving involves some cost. So try to have a good budget, after all you never know if anything unpredicted might come across your moving adventure.
Normally, a moving can take up to 8 weeks, without to do everything in a hurry. So consider this.
The last days are the most stressful as you need to recheck all you have up to this moment done and you have to definitely say goodbye to your old home and probably friends and neighbors. This is where the most stressful part comes from. The moving day will start early, it’s the day you have been waiting for… so take courage and go!
Sometimes you may need to relock a key for the new home, so you can think to call a 24/7 locksmith company. Having two or more copies of your home keys, will be better because in case you lose one you can still have a couple. You can choose among a wide range of keys and start to sleep sweet dreams in your new home.

How To Plan A Fun Family Vacation
Planning a fun family vacation means getting ready to find the right destination, accommodation, transportation means, make reservations on time, pack and prepare the kids for a potentially brad new experience. There are tons of arrangements you will need to take care of before the big day arrives, and there will be times when you will feel overwhelmed. Here are a few helpful tips on how to prepare the best family vacation when taking the kids along is also part of the plan.
Plan The Trip Together
This goes for all family members that are going to go on the actual trip, children included. Prepare them by having them read some special vacation books for kids such as “Have Kid, Will Travel” or have them watch Barney-the-Greek. Get the children ready to fly on a plane or ride a train for the first time in their life by describing the transportation means and the entire moving process down to every possible detail. This way, they will know what to expect and their hyperactivity levels are prone to drop a little when the big day comes.
Have everyone ask advice when packing clothes ad items for the vacation and encourage the kids to select their own outfits and toys.
Pump Up The Excitement!
It is also a good idea to continuously talk about the upcoming trip and the places you are going to visit so that everyone feels comfortable when reaching the actual destination. It is also a good idea to watch some online videos or read some details on the country, state, or area you will be visiting. Learn a few basic words if you are going someplace where people will be speaking a different language than your native one. If you need extra spending money, try your luck with the casino affiliate program you can find on the LadbrokesPartners site.
